Cindy has her master's in business administration from the University of South Carolina and her bachelor’s from Clemson University. Natalie Knotts, PHI Pilates Certified Instructor, AFAA Group Fitness Certified Instructor, and Licensed Zumba® Instructor. Natalie began her journey in the Estep Family Life Center as a gym member who was overweight and seeking to meet her weight loss goals. Beginning at 220 lbs., she attended all the classes that were offered, used the cardio and weight rooms, and walking track, and attended the Weight Watchers meetings. After losing 90 lbs., she became a PHI Certified Pilates Instructor and has been teaching at the very place she lost her weight since September of 2009. In October 2011 she became licensed to teach Zumba® and in 2012 she added an AFAA Group Fitness Certification. Check out Natalie’s schedule under the Fitness tab.
