THE Night- Wednesday, November 5, 6 - 8 p.m. in the EFLC

First Student Ministries is hosting THE Night, a free outreach event for middle and high school students, that is a part of My Hope 2014 with Billy Graham. THE Night includes free supper, gym games, worship led by our student praise band, testimonies, and the My Hope video Heaven. Students have already taken 500 invitations to give to their friends. Please be praying for our students and for their guests who will come.
Purpose: HALF-TIME on Wednesday nights is a great time for our students to fellowship with each other, to grow closer in the relationship with Christ, and to serve the Church and the community through different projects. Sometimes we will have worship and a lesson, sometimes we will have an outreach event, and sometimes we will go "off-campus" to serve others in our church and in the greater Columbia area. But like everything we do, we try to be very intentional with the time that we have on Wednesdays.

When and Where: HALF-TIME is every Wednesday night from 6:00 - 8:00 in the Estep Family Life Center. On most Wednesdays we will have our cafe, Hoolios, open from 5:45-6:20 where you can get good food for a couple dollars.
This fall our theme is “worship.” One Wednesday each month we are going to have a night of prayer and worship, the other weeks we are going to be going through a study called “Worship: That Thing We Do” as we talk about worship being a lifestyle, not just a weekly event in our lives.  Discussion led by: Andrew McCraw & Scott Johnson
