Convoy of Hope

Convoy of Hope is a faith-based organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreach, and disaster response. In partnership with local churches, businesses, civic organizations, and government agencies, Convoy strategically offers help and hope to communities around the world.

First Baptist Church will be joining several other churches and organizations on Saturday, September 30th to bring this help and hope to our communities. Click the “Register” button on this page to be taken to the Convoy of Hope Columbia Event page where you can view all of the different volunteer areas and register for the event.

We (FBC) are responsible for the grocery component of the day. If you would like to volunteer in that area, after registering on the Convoy of Hope page and signing the waiver that they will automatically e-mail to you upon registering, please contact Melinda (melindatimmerman@fbccola.com or 803.343.8562) to be guaranteed that you are included in the grocery service.
