Days/Times: Mon and/or Th, 12:15 – 12:45 PM

February 6, 2023 begins first monthly session of the year. Tabata-style class. It’s a total body workout, with core work and cardio built into each class. We will spend 30 seconds at each of our stations with 15 seconds to grab water and switch stations. Each station is set up to use your body weight or weights if you prefer a greater challenge.

There is a registration minimum to hold the class.


$30/1 day per week for 1 month or $55/2 days per week for 1 month
