Greece Mission Trip

Service: We will be working with a team in Greece that serves the Refugee community in Athens by providing English as a Second Language (ESL) teaching to the population there. We will be participating in this ESL work along side them during the week and engaging with the local community through prayer and gospel conversations.

Team Size: 8 people (4 guys, 4 gals)

Must apply to be on the team.

Due to the nature of the work and the ratio’s we need, team will be selected from the pool of applicants. This is not a trip where all may have the proper temperament, experience, or skill set to be helpful to the team and work in Greece. The work and needs of the team on the ground in Greece dictate people who will be best to serve as part of the team from First Baptist.

Highly encouraged to be vaccinated and will need to get negative test before leaving and before returning

Team will be selected based on experience and skill set needed for the environment

The Greece Team will be finalized by end of January 2023 and a $100 deposit will be needed at that time with a deadline to submit the rest of the payment for the trip in March or April.
