Trunk Or Treat Fall Festival Volunteers

Thank you for volunteering to serve at our Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat on October 26th from 5:00 to 7:30pm!

It’s not every day we get to put on an event that is intended to both bring the generations of our church body together & outreach to our local community. That is why we are so excited to plan & execute Fall Festival and are thrilled that you as vital members of our church body are participating in this wonderful event!

We have a few ways you can volunteer this year including Trunk Host, Food Service, and Check in.

Let us know how you’d like to serve below!

• Registration/Greeter- we will contact you with available time slots!
• Trunk or Treat Host – This is our greatest need! Cars will need to be parked by 4pm. Decorate your car with a fun theme (nothing scary please) and bring individually wrapped candy to hand out to our guests! Register as a family group or Sunday school class to share the fun! OUR GOAL FOR HOST TRUNKS IS 30! Help us meet that GOAL!
• Food Server- will be followed up with regarding time slots as well.
