Days/Times: Mondays, 5:30 – 6:15 PM
Come burn calories and increase muscle mass while we work every muscle group in your body. We will focus on the areas that are impacted by: sitting for long periods of time at your desk or at home; and being on electronic devices -phones, laptops, etc. Exercises will stretch tight, shortened muscles and help you regain strength and flexibility. A fun class that will be over before you realize you worked out!
There is a registration minimum of four to hold the class.
$25 for one fitness class/week
$45 for two fitness classes/week
