Stretch & Strengthen

Days/Times: Monday, 5:30 – 6:15 PM

May 1, 2023 begins this monthly session. Come burn calories and increase muscle mass while we work every muscle group in your body.  We will focus on the areas that are impacted by: sitting for long periods of time at your desk or at home; and being on electronic devices -phones, laptops, etc. Exercises will stretch tight, shortened muscles and help you regain strength and flexibility. A fun class that will be over before you realize you worked out!

There is a registration minimum to hold the class.


$30/1 day per week for 1 month or $55/2 days per week for 1 month
