On October 15th, my husband Chuck will undergo brain surgery. He has a tumor between the pituitary gland and his brain. The surgeon feels he can get most of it, and kill the rest with radiation. Right now it has grown to a 2×2 inch tumor, so it’s been around a while. It was discovered approximately 3 weeks ago when my husband, Chuck, thought he was having a stroke and we went to the ER here in Georgetown. The surgery will be at MUSC and our surgeon is a Christian. That one was of my questions when we were going over options, of which the only option is surgery in his case. Chuck is already slowly losing his vision in his dominant left eye because the tumor is pressing on his optic nerve. The prognosis is good and we’re upbeat. Thank you to the church for your prayers.
Most sincerely,
JoAnn Jarman
