I prayed for this

Prayed for 7 times.

JoAnn Jarman

Thank you for the many prayers for me and my job situation. As a result of your prayers, I am currently working again and getting ready to move into another position.

This time my prayer is for my 31 year old son who has been asked to resign for 2 to 3 months due to a situation with a subordinate. My son is not entirely without fault, because when the situation escalated my son did not respond to the subordinate in a professional manner.

He is young and this is his first time as a boss in a department. I have counseled him on lessons learned and keeping your cool and professional demeanor always, regardless of the buttons people will push to get the response they want which can damage your credibility. I told him this morning he will be fine and get through this and be a better leader in the long run. I have turned this over to God and my son is a believer and prays also. I thank God for that.

Please pray for him and ask God to step in and take control and direct his footsteps as he navigates these disappointing and rough waters.

I know my son will be fine by the grace of God and our prayers.

Thank you all so much.
